14-Day Return Policy
- Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Final sale items, gift cards, or promotional items (if applicable).
- Return Process and Customer Responsibilities
Step 1: Customer uses contact button to request a return.
Step 2: Customer provides order number and reason for return.
Step 3: Upon approval, customer receives return instructions.
Step 4: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Step 5: Customer ships item back using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Step 6: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer. - Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges may be processed as a return + repurchase.
- Customer follows the return steps above and places a new order for the desired item.
